Anyone have any experience trying to buy a short sale home? Have you noticed the bank usually will not respond to your offer? My experience has been no reply, no acceptance, no such luck at the listed price. I have noticed once the exact home goes up for foreclosure, its usually at a lesser price than the original advertised price, and I have been very fortunate in finding my buyers better deals with these vs. short pays. Anyone else?
