I have found The sucsess of any buisness is making it your own and always looking at your buisness thru the eyes of the employees and the customer. After all, why are we in buisness? Without employees and customers your buisness will not exsist. Belive in your product. No lies, Honesty is always the best policey. I worked in the Aviation buisness for over thirty years and was always being promoted because of those base values. But It was not My own buisness so I was always limited in what I wanted to do and how much income I could make while the company made a lot of money and also wasted a lot of money. It was hard to see hard working people working for an income that could not support there familys or that had great ideas but managment didnt care about what they had to say.Then I thought I can do better If I owned my own buisness applying these same base values and taking it to another level in helping others through my expierience to build a better life. I found in helping others,good things will always follow.To reach the most people what better way than useing the internet.After reserching thru many buisnesses I found A company that had these base values. A company that doesnt lie, belives in people and there product. And best of all they help and support you for as long as you want.It's also risk free. So I gave it a try and I have to say it has changed my life. Not only financialy but also the quality of my life. What I liked the most was the kindness and support.It is NOT a get rich quik sceem and you will not get rich over nite. It is simple as this. You get what you put in.
