Please it sounds funny but it's true..He threw my cat off my balcony into some bushes and I haven't seen her since. Sacramento/Natomas area she's black and  white med-long hair w/ bushy tail..She has a black chin and green eyes..Her name is Little Baby and she's a very skittish cat.  Please no jokes please answer if you've seen her or have her.  I80/Norwood area..
